Privacy Policy

Lever (“we,” “us”) operates leverugc.com, including Creator HQ (campaigns, submissions, earnings tools for creators) and related creator tools. Contact: team@leverugc.com.

If you apply at leverugc.com/apply, we collect your name, email, phone number, a link or file of work you choose to share, and whether you agree to receive onboarding texts. We use this to review your application and contact you about the program. Email is how we recognize you if you later create an account. We do not sell this data.

When you create a Creator HQ account, we may collect:

• Email address and authentication credentials (via our auth provider)
• Display name and handles you provide (TikTok, Instagram, Discord)
• Campaign applications, approvals, and post submission links
• Role information (e.g. creator vs admin) for access control

If you choose Connect TikTok, TikTok asks you to authorize Lever. With your permission we receive information such as your TikTok user id, username/handle, profile avatar, and public stats (e.g. follower count), and may later read public video metadata needed to verify submitted campaign posts.

We store OAuth tokens securely on our servers to keep the connection working and to refresh stats you authorize. We do not get your TikTok password. You can disconnect TikTok in your Creator HQ profile; that revokes our stored tokens for that connection.

TikTok's own handling of data is governed by TikTok's policies. Lever only uses connected data to run Creator HQ (identity verification, fraud prevention such as blocking other people's videos / duplicates, and campaign performance tracking you opt into).

• Prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions
• Calculate estimated earnings / campaign progress where applicable
• Communicate about programs, payouts, and account issues
• Improve product reliability and security

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use connected social data for third-party advertising.

We use vendors to run the product, including:

• Hosting / infrastructure (e.g. Vercel)
• Database & auth (e.g. Supabase)
• AI processing for certain tools (e.g. Anthropic) — see Niche Finder below
• TikTok APIs when you connect your account

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

The extension reads publicly visible metadata from TikTok pages you choose to scan (captions, hashtags, creator usernames, public engagement counts, sound titles). It does not download video files or collect TikTok passwords, DMs, or browsing history outside that flow.

Scan metadata may be sent to our servers and to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a niche analysis. Anthropic's practices are described in their privacy policy. We do not sell extension scan data.

We use cookies / local session storage to keep you signed in and protect account security (including OAuth state during TikTok Connect).

Account, profile, membership, and submission records are kept while your account is active and as needed for program operations, dispute handling, and legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing us; we will delete or anonymize personal data except where we must retain it (e.g. fraud prevention or legal requirements).

We use industry-standard measures appropriate to our size (encrypted transport, access controls, server-only storage of OAuth tokens). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Creator HQ is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
