Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of leverugc.com, Creator HQ, and related Lever tools (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

This is a practical operating agreement for an early-stage product — not personalized legal advice.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Creator programs may have additional eligibility rules (platforms, geo, content standards) communicated in campaign briefs or Discord.

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate profile information. Do not share accounts. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Services or violate these Terms.

Creator HQ lets you apply to campaigns, submit post links, and view progress / estimated earnings tools. Campaign rates, requirements, and prizes are set by Lever (and may differ from any brand or intermediary rates). Lever may approve, reject, or remove creators from campaigns at its discretion.

Submissions must be your own public posts. Submitting someone else's content, fabricating metrics, duplicating the same video across submissions, or otherwise gaming tracking is prohibited and may result in removal, forfeiture of estimates, and account termination.

If you connect a social account, you authorize Lever to access information permitted by that platform and by the scopes you approve (e.g. handle, public profile stats, public video metadata needed to verify submissions). You can disconnect in Profile. Platform rules still apply to your posts; Lever does not control TikTok or Instagram.

You retain ownership of content you post on your social accounts. By submitting a link to Creator HQ, you grant Lever a limited license to view, track, and display that content and related metrics inside the Services for program operations, quality control, and reporting.

Dashboard figures may be estimates until reconciled. Payout eligibility, timing, taxes, and payment method requirements will be described in campaign or program materials. Lever is not responsible for platform demonetization, takedowns, or algorithm changes that affect views.

• No scraping, attacking, or reverse-engineering the Services beyond allowed APIs
• No uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access
• No harassment, illegal content, or IP infringement in materials you submit
• No misrepresenting your identity or follower authenticity

The Services rely on third parties (hosting, auth, databases, AI providers, social platforms). Their terms and availability can affect Lever. We are not liable for outages or policy changes by those providers.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate estimates, or specific earnings outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEVER AND ITS TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (B) USD $100.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or discontinuation of the product. Provisions that should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
